Relationships in the Age of BLM and COVID-19

September 19, 2020 by John Fitzgerald

Dotcast program interview on COVID-19, Black Lives Matter, and political upheavalNot long ago, my good friend and colleague, Dr. Ruth Diaz, interviewed me for an episode of her video-based DOTcast program. We had an intimate, vulnerable conversation about what it means to be human and white leaders in the time of COVID-19, Black Lives Matter, and political upheaval.

In addition to checking out our interview, I encourage you to visit her website Figure it In which details a process she has developed to help individuals, couples, families, leaders, and organizations address trauma in relationships, called the DOT (Deepen – Orient – Transform) Model. What I love about her work is how she integrates polarizing relationship patterns, archetypes, emotions, and various roles we play in life into a compassionate framework for healing.

During this challenging time, we need all the help we can get – check it out!
